Stephen is wonderful! I contacted him about my upstairs shower leaking through our kitchen ceiling and although he didn’t have any availability until 10 days later— he talked with me and tried to help give me some tips to be able to use my shower in the meantime. I can’t say enough amazing things about Steve and Freedom Plumbing and Heating, LLC. Twice in the last week he has saved me. Just this morning I wake up, jump in the shower and bam my water is gone. I call Steve and within 5 minutes my water was back up and working. I had to get a renovation mortgage to buy a house that had broken plumbing. Steve graciously worked through all the bureaucracy with the bank to allow me to get my house. The minor repair was significantly faster than the paperwork he had to do for me, and I’ll be eternally grateful that he was willing to help me out. Repair looks great and functions great. We hired Freedom Plumbing to do a bathroom remodel, because he came highly recommended. From the minute he walked through the door, he lived up to that recommendation. Just by looking at the bathroom and listening to our wish list, he knew exactly what needed to be done and explained it so even I could understand it. During demolition I noticed a small leak in a water line (demo done by a different contractor) and Steve came over that night, well after business hours, and capped all lines to solve that problem. When it came time for his part, Steve was on time, professional and extremely thorough. The finished product looks great and he cleaned everything when he was done, even things that weren't his mess. I could go on, but I'll just say that Freedom Plumbing will be our go to for any and all plumbing needs in the future. I highly recommend Steve. You won't be disappointed.

I'd like to give Stephen Rybkin from Freedom Plumbing and Heating a 20 out of 10 for exceptional service and for just being an all round nice guy. He worked late on a Saturday to help out an elderly friend of mine. He was prompt, kind, patient, professional, and left her with a smile on her face and a beautifully working kitchen sink. Steve is the best! I have now called him twice. The first time, last year, my tub was very clogged and nothing was working to unclog. He called me to troubleshoot but nothing would work. He came over the next day and unclogged it fast! The second time was today. I called him because I had a new washer installed and when I was testing, water was spewing out of the exit hose. I sent Steve a message on FB and he called within a half hour and he troubleshoot with me over the phone! He walked me through fixing it and no more leaking! Steve will forever be my plumber and I will call him for all future plumbing needs. Steve, thank you for coming to the rescue with speed! I appreciate you so much! Call Steve, you won’t be sorry!

Stephen is an amazing plumber, and an even more wonderful person (if that's possible). We had a leak in our pipes that caused water in the basement, and he helped us troubleshoot the problem in the interim while he finished his previously scheduled work and then came to help us. I had posted is a local community group that I needed help with a leaking toilet. After multiple responses I reached out to Freedom plumbing and got a quick response. He was able to come out within a few days; communicated well via text; professional yet personable. Will absolutely use again for future projects and I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a plumber.

Extremely knowledgeable, efficient and reliable!

I called Steve late on a Sunday night with a leaky furnace- it was leaking water all over my basement floor. He talked me through what could be wrong over the phone and it was well beyond my knowledge and ability. Steve offered to come out the same evening but I explained that wasn’t necessary as it was already late. He came out the very next day, a mere half a day later, and was able to fix the issue and return our lives and basement back to normal. Highly recommend Freedom Plumbing and Heating- great company, great service and a great owner! 15/10 5 stars
